During the first session we will review intake forms, administer assessments, discuss symptomology, determine the most appropriate plan for treatment, establish treatment goals, and provide a diagnosis.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $70 for a late cancellation and/or $125 for a missed appointment without notice.
