I am an advocate for peaceful parenting, and identify as an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. The essence of my work is to promote self-growth by walking alongside my clients as we move through the core challenges and setbacks in their life. We work together to create a personalized plan for your treatment. We will learn tools to guide you in achieving your desired goals. I use evidence-based interventions to facilitate healing and move past traumatic events. I work collaboratively with my clients to deepen their relationships and strengthen their parenting skills. My specialty is treatment for individuals who have experienced a traumatic event including sexual abuse, domestic violence, physical abuse, childhood trauma with individuals ages 8+. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and couples.
